Anna and Tom got married in the spectacular Norton Hall and its grounds, on a late summer day in the Cotswolds. With the bride being a wedding planner herself the pressure was on to create a truly memorable day for all of the right reasons!
The menu was carefully designed with the couple to reflect British classic dishes with some really special personal touches such as a sauce made to the bride’s dad secret recipe to accompany the beef main course. Our chefs also took on the challenge of cooking individual chargrilled sirloin steaks, for 130 guests!
